Qualifications Business Analyst/ Applications Administrator - JP Morgan Funds SUMMARY OF PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Design, develop and manage key marketing programs, activities and interactions using the Marketing Resource Management operating system (Aprimo) in support of J.P. Morgan Funds Marketing's operations and initiatives. Administer all system and operational settings and programs. Responsible for the effective functioning of the entire operating system from a system administration perspective through to reporting and analytics of results. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Design and Management of Marketing Activities, Programs and Interactions (25%)Wrks with and provide recommendations to senior managers, as well as marketing employees, to effectively design and develop required templates for marketing programs, activities and interactions taking into consideration business requirements, system capabilities, design requirements and standards. Design, initiate and manage interactions for newsletters, communications, campaigns and events for the marketing organization. Up to and including audience member and company master records, contact and response history tables for reporting and analytics and subsequent additional targeting.Application Administration (10%)Mintain new users, reset passwords and assign user rights Develop and maintain all system administration tables and settings critical for effective operation of the system. This includes security settings, job executions, activity and other system type definitions, product tables, etc., as well as audience member uploads from external systems, etc. Provides daily, weekly monthly system maintenance including:Intra-day and overnight jobs run Distribution of reports Ensuring on-line reports, dashboards are working and up to date Database updates or refreshesApplication Support (40%)Provide support to users on the use of the application Capture and report issues, bugs, enhancement recommendations and new job requests Works with Vendor, senior management and employees in Marketing to resolve issues, fix bugs and provide additional design. Reporting Management (25%)Dvelop and Maintain analytic reporting of Marketing activities and effectiveness.
