Responsibilities: • Preparation of credit applications, including new transactions, annual reviews, renewals, temporary extensions, and waivers and amendments • Liaison with Risk for all credit-related issues • Preparation of Global Limit Requests, if applicable • Management and reporting of global exposure • Covenant compliance monitoring • Maintenance of credit and documentation files • Responsibility for compliance with “Know Your Client” rules • Maintaining regular client contact and documenting such meetings with call reports (at least annually) • Liaison with Operations for initial booking and ongoing funding of all credit facilities • Review of documentation for syndicated transactions and for trading lines requests • Preparation of Watch List reports and representation of the client relationship in Watch List meetings Requirements: • 3+ years of energy lending experience with a top U.S. or international bank • Significant Oil and gas lending experience, including reserve-based independents, midstream companies, investment-grade independents, refiners and petrochemical companies located in the United States and Canada. • Credit training or equivalent experience • Bachelors degree in business, finance, accounting or related field • Experience with derivative trading lines, especially commodity derivates, and ISDA a plus For immediate consideration, please forward resume and contact details to: info@ashtonlanegroup.com Ashton Lane Group is a boutique executive recruitment firm serving the Banking, Insurance, and Alternative Investment sectors.
