We have several outstanding opportunities for product managers and product developers with 5 or more years experience, and a Head of Product Managment with 10 or more years experience. - Product Strategy and Management:
• Build the product management function and develop appropriate processes • Develop business strategy for mutual fund line-up including recommendation on fund closings • Build Alpha ProShares product business by developing plan for current products and ideas for new products. • Enhance ETF line-up by analyzing share prices, spreads, benchmark indexes, expense ratios etc and recommending appropriate action • Develop strategy for timing of distribution announcements • Ensure that product data is accurately disseminated in the marketplace through data providers Other responsibilities include: • Product expert and point person for sales and marketing questions • Work with Marketing / Sales to develop and implement key messages to be delivered based on market conditions. • Competitive tracking • Product positioning • Project management • Participate as needed in research around each product usage • Bring new product opportunities to strategy and participate in product development • Assist in the solicitation of new business relationships for the ETF products . - Relationship Management with key external partners:
