Mutiple roles available (1 lead and several junior to mid-level developers)

Skills Required 

• Proven ability to lead and manage a mid-sized Front Office team (for the lead role)
• Excellent knowledge in Equity Derivatives/Structured Products
• Superb skillset in Java/C++/Unix
• Excellent academic qualifications
• Excellent and clear communication skills in English is mandatory
• CFA or other qualification desired but not mandatory
• SCJP or MCSD preferred but not mandatory
• Front office skills. Candidate should be able to work with front office business users and external clients
• Agile development methodology preferred

Junior/Mid-level candidates with less experience in finance but sound Java skills/academic achievements will be considered for developer roles.
