We are currently seeking a talented Investment Representative III for our San Antonio, TX facility.
As an Investment Representative III for USAA, you provide member service and fulfillment through various channels (e.g. phone, email, FAX) for area of expertise. Uses established procedures to carry out routine work duties. Works under direct supervision.
Job duties:
- Processes routine life insurance and/or investment products and services transactions. - Acquires and applies developing product acquisition and/or member service techniques. - Seeks guidance from team members to resolve issues and to identify appropriate issues for escalation.
Qualified candidates need to possess:
- High School diploma or equivalent. - Two years' relevant customer contact experience or successful completion of military service or college equivalency.
Preferred experience includes:
- Series 7 and 63 licenses, Group 1 license and experience in a financial call center. - Bachelor's degree. - The ability to work with customers 100% of the time.
