My client was established in 1991 as the first independent energy brokerage house in an energy market new and unique worldwide. As the international energy markets deregulates, we aim to offer our services in these markets. At the start of 2008, The company had offices in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Germany, the Netherlands, France and the UK. They have 150 employees and the head office is located in Bergen. They have been present in the Netherlands since year 2000, and with many years of experience, systems, products and competences for optimising energy purchases, They offer high quality services to customers in the growing Dutch energy market. Their core values willpower, honesty and warmth imbue their working environment and are their guiding star in the way they approach colleagues and customers.

To strengthen their position as a leading international energy broker they are now looking for new employees to their office in Amersfoort, with a strong drive and a desire for challenges in a new and expanding market:

The responsibilities for the position are:

• Actively visit new and existing customers to sell their services within brokerage, portfolio management and administrative services
• Understand their customers business in order to find solutions to meet  their total need in the energy field
• Develop pan-European customers

In order to succeed you will need:

• Business understanding and sales experience with documented results
• Knowing the Dutch energy business, either gas or electricity.
• Higher financial/technical education
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written (Dutch), also in English
• You have to be a forceful self-starter with a strong commercial ability
