Responsibilities:

• Investigate and troubleshoot production problems to provide workaround solutions

• Liaison with local Operations to ensure that operational issues are resolved on a timely basis and that correct actions are taken

• Take ownership of each issue and manage each request or incident from start to successful conclusion

• Conduct testing, provide UAT support and handle production rollout

• Be client focused and maintain good working relationship with clients.

Qualifications:

• Degree on Computer Science or related disciplines

• Possess strong analytical and technology skill.

• Minimum of 5years experience in supporting banking applications

• Self-starter and responsible, able to follow issues through until closure; possess verbal and written communication skills.

• Understanding of the Equities business is an advantage

• Key Technical Skills

-     Unix shell scripting (preferably IBM AIX and SUN Solaris)

-     Oracle Database SQL

-     MS Excel-VBA, MS Access, SQL Server

-     With IBM Websphere (MQ Series/MQSI), Java skills will be an advantage
