 This top tier international property investor/developer/manager is offering an exceptional opportunity for the right Tax accountant! This prestigious multinational will only consider the best candidates for this role in Tianjin.

You will need to have strong tax work experience with property/real estate industry highly regarded. This international company is looking for the right person to lead their team.

To be successful in this role it is essential that you have:
  • a minimum of 5 -8 years work experience in a commercial real estate development
     
  • Strong understanding of PRC GAAP and Real estate tax issues
     
  • Excellent written and communication skills (in both Mandarin and English)
     
  • CPA/ACCA qualifications

    You will report to the Director of Accounting - China and be a strong leader for your team.
    You will need to demonstrate excellent Leadership skills
