-Communicate with the business community to gather and document requirements and identify potential requirement and business impacts. -Work with the business units to document and resolve business system problems and issues. -Support business community in integration and acceptance testing as necessary. Follow up on changes required as a result of user acceptance testing. -Analyze, coordinate and support training as needed to meet departmental needs due to project changes. -Communicate with a project manager or manager on the status of deliverables and project issues.
Pofile:
-Minimum 3 years of project experience, preferably supporting business units. -Knowledge of the key components of project management (e.g. scope, time, cost, quality, people, communication, risk, integration) and associated tools and methodologies. -Business Analysis skills to define requirements, to challenge the status quo and to redesign business processes. -Strong PC knowledge including use of Microsoft Office products. -Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. -Strong customer service focus, strong organizational and administrative skills. -Ability to interact with team members in a multi-site and cross-functional environment. -Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
