Key Resposibilities: - To lead the compliance operation team in Hong Kong office. - To ensure appropriate compliance arrangement are in place and to follow SFC rules and regulations. - Develop and enhance internal policies, procedures and tools to support compliance program. - Advice on regulatory compliance issues and work closely with fund managers on all compliance related matters. - To conduct periodic training to operation staff on relevant compliance and regulatory matters. - To co-ordinate with inernal/external auditors and regulators. Pre-requisites: - An outstanding degree from a finance related discipline. - Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance from Asset Management Company and/or other Banking and financial services industry. - Minimum 3 years of experience in management role. - Preferably a good understanding of SICAV operations. - Strengths as a strategic thinker, decisive and a problem solver. - Proven Interpersonal and communicational skills in both written and spoken, and strong analytical skills. - Ability to work under pressure. -Professional Maturity and high level energy.
