One of the world’s best performing fund-of-funds is seeking a full time Chief Operating Officer to help ensure the continued success of this small but rapidly growing company.
The position carries responsibility for managing all the operational functions of the Company, including:
Overseeing and administering the company accounts and finances.
Ensuring that the Company and staff comply with all FSA regulations.
Serving as Compliance Officer and AML Reporting Officer.
Reporting to the Board on finances and compliance.
Preparing budgets, forecasts, and statutory accounts.
Managing fund formation, administration, and audits.
Co-ordinating payroll and other HR issues.
Acting as Company Secretary.
Candidates should currently hold the post of Chief Operating Officer or CFO and have hands-on experience of all the above.
