Your overall goal is to provide professional 1st line support across the Credit Suisse Structured Products applications business areas: °Application 1st Level Support Analyst (m/f)
We offer
Responsibilities to respond to calls from business application users within a 5 person team
Key tasks in capture, investigation and resolution of incoming issues, ticketing via incident management process using Peregrine and Remedy
Close working relationship and communication regarding issues between both business and IT, including working with colleagues from 2nd level support, 2nd level operations and 3rd level support
You offer
Previous experience of providing support within a high pressure financial environment
Good knowledge structured products & asset classes business procedures, processes and applications
Good understanding of Front / Mid / Back Office information flow
Experience of Remedy ITSM and Peregrine Service Centre as a nice to have
High self-motivation, prioritisation, organizational and problem solving skills
Capability of working independently with limited supervision
Ability to communicate effectively in English with trading, support staff and management
