Opportunity to join market leading company with equity participation. We are looking for an experienced product development professional with the ability to shape and lead the structuring, development of entire platforms of exchange listed securities such as ETFs and ETCs.

Responsibilities and job function:

•     Structuring and development of entire platforms of exchange listed securities such as ETFs and ETCs

•     Product structures include: ETCs, UCITS funds and debt securities (such as ETCs)

•     Includes developing pricing and hedging rules, operational manuals & business rules

•     Assist with adding new Swap Partners for ETCs including negotiation of ISDA, Swap& other counter party agreements

•     optimise performance of products through swas, reverse repos

•     Improve AUM and revenue of product platforms

•     Improve creation, redemption, and delivery, processes

•     Initiate and research ideas for approval and finalisation of term sheet

•     Develop and negotiate commercial terms with external parties including collateral and credit support

•     Liaising with research and marketing team to develop products and sales pitch

•     Analysis of market indices and negotiations with index providers

•     Ability to work with project team including internal lawyers and operations department

•     Manage transaction from idea generation to exchange listing

•     Work with 3rd parties to develop white-labeled products

Technical and Personal Skills:

•     Ability to manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines

•     Commercially oriented, you enjoy solving both practical problems

•     Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills

•     Self-confident leader (ability to manage multiple advisors including legal, tax, regulatory, operations to tight deadlines)

•     Good interpersonal skills and ability to explain products to people with wide levels of understanding

•     Desire to contribute ideas and to improve profitability of the business

•     Energetic and enthusiastic self starter who thrives in a fast paced environment

Qualifications:

•     Excellent academic record

•     3-8 years relevant experience with successful track record

•     You would possess knowledge of financial products in cash / derivatives for asset classes including equities, commodities, currencies, fixed income, derivatives and ETFs

•     A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or other related field is required
