You will be responsible for team management where the team's main functions are project implementation and planning as well as providing 2nd level support for Global Network operations.
You will work closely with Project Managers and Vendors to ensure projects are delivered on-time.

The primary function of the role is to provide team leadership to the team that provides solutions and delivers major Network, Voice and AV projects in the region. You will be the Team Lead for the Regional team that is located in Singapore, Hong Kong and Tokyo. You will have a demonstrably strong project management experience, and will coach and mentor the team.

In addition to these abilities, the role will have to: -

• Provide regular reporting on all aspects of the status of the projects
• Represent the region in the Global Governance Committee for regional projects
• Manage the regional Governance review committee
• Liaise with the Engineering teams to represent issues and provide feedback on the policies and standard templates in use.
• Ensure all projects are managed to time and budget, and are implemented in a professional and structured manner.
• Be capable of liaising with preferred and 3rd party suppliers to define and negotiate appropriate commercial terms.

Educational Requirements / Technical Certificates:

• Recognized Project Management qualifications in a methodology such as PRINCE.
• Network vendor qualifications would be highly advantageous.

Required Experience

• Experience in a lead role for Project delivery.
• Team leadership and management.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Chinese language skills an advantage.
• Experience in implementation and project management for large network projects in a large multi-national institution.
• Comfortable with technical terms and concepts relating to Networks, Voice and AV.
• Thorough understanding of Change Management procedures, technical standard disciplines and Infrastructure escalation.
• Intermediate level knowledge of financial terms, budgeting and costing relating to technology Infrastructure.
• Experience working in a large Global Financial Institution

• High level knowledge of concepts relating to AV technologies.
• High level knowledge of concepts relating to LAN/WAN Protocols & Network technologies.
• High level knowledge of concepts relating to Voice technologies.
