Ø Negotiate & collect Over dues from customers Ø Understand transactions on floating & fixed rates Ø Ability to relate to Product policies & possess credit appraisal perspective Ø Monitor and control Delinquency and Credit Losses for Consumer Bank products Ø Exercise adequate control over Agency performance in terms of Ø Recruitment & training of field collectors Ø Managing field collector productivity Ø Capacity Planning Ø Managing agency performance in terms of resolution - both front-end and net resolution Ø Ensuring agency profitability through improved performance Ø Training on Code of Conduct Ø Ensure proper documentation of Collection related activities and updation of CWX (Computer Assisted Collection System) Ø Timely assignment of Collection cases to Agencies Ø Conduct periodic Collection Agency Audit Ø Ensure updation of database for accountholder's change of addresses Ø Ensure legal recourse and follow up on delinquent accounts where applicable Ø Assist Fraud Control unit in investigation
