Senior Associates, Assistant Managers and Managers in Enterprise Risk Management and Business Process Management Practice (Job ref: SG/EFC/ERMBPM/250808) Your role involves assisting assisting a wide range of clients across various industries to establish and implement risk management frameworks and processes to improve corporate governance practices, better resource allocation and improved risk communications across the organisation. For this role, we seek candidates with: • A degree in any business discipline. • At least three years of relevant experience in an advisory/consulting role. • Good knowledge of risk and control concepts and relevant experience. • Strong experience in designing and reviewing work processes/models, preferably in the real estate, financial services and/or hospitality industries. • Strong experience in managing and working with teams • Strong project management skills • Be independent, resourceful and possess strong analytical skills • Able to demonstrate creativity in problem solving • Enjoy building relationships and comfortable with meeting and working with people from all levels of the organisation • Excellent interpersonal skills • Willing to travel 30% to 50% of the time regionally We are committed to excellence and being a competitive employer.
