Responsibilities:

• Supporting Finance Controller on Networks Asia Pacific region:

-Responsible for Budget and Headcount for the region, such as planning, forecasting, outlook and actual management.

-Provide Budget variance analysis to management.

-Handle Global Department maintenance.

-Coordinate for One-Finance department.

-Work closely with country finance teams on daily basis.

-Ad hoc projects.

• Responsible for accounting functions for Networks Hong Kong set of books:

-Manage month end closing process.

-Participate in financial planning & forecasting activities.

-Prepare account analysis and reconciliation for management review.

-Responsible for monthly JV/ House order processing.

-Prepare analysis for external audit.

-Coordinate for self-assessment on local process.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years experience with CPA firm or commercial firm with Accounting/Financial Planning experience. 
• Experience with multi-national firm or in regional role would be advantageous.
• Comfortable with a multi-national corporate culture.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
