Our client, a high profile international Investment Bank is seeking a Manager/Senior Analyst to join the team in Operational Risk. The role will see you responsible for the roll out and execution of a sustainable operational risk and self assessment management program for the Capital Markets division within Sydney and the related Asian markets.

In addition, you will be required to train and guide managers in applying a risk and control perspective within their self assessment program, by creating awareness of best practices, and education on the relevant requirements. Participation in regulatory or external reviews and the development of processes/standards/policies and guidelines to facilitate compliance is also a large part of the role.

You will possess strong practical experience within capital markets, be confident in your knowledge of internal control and risk oversight, and be comfortable building relationships at the senior management, level. Additionally, you must possess sound written and verbal communication skills, and be well versed in the development of a network of senior front office and support staff relationships in trading and corporate investment banking groups.
