Job Description

• Manages the reporting productions process with his/her staff for mega pension customers such as GPIF and PFA

• Manages the quality of the reports to meet with both the regulatory and customer requirements to make the timely reports,

• Manages the internal relationships with Business Compliance, Performance Measurements, SFD and other oversight functions so that we would not lag behind the trends of reporting productions and quality of the reports 

• Develop the young talents to the professional reporting specialists with performance development programs

• Cooperates and work closely with investment team and other related functions, such as overseas offices to deliver the proper contents on the reporting materials.

Experience / Qualification / Key Skills / Attributes:

• More than 5 years experiences in producing the pension reports for mega DB/DC clients

• Strong Communication skills in both English and Japanese,

• Strong desire to deliver high level of presentation materials and reports to Pension/Fund Consultant

• Strong understanding on fund rating systems.
