Responsibilities: 

• To deliver equity derivative valuation statements to clients in the Asia Pacific Region.
• Act as a central point of contact for issues relating to these statements and see any issues through to resolution.
• Proactively monitor data feeds those make-up valuation statements.
• Compile and coordinate valuation statements for Equity derivatives products but also have some knowledge of other derivative products - FX, OTC, bonds, and structured products.
• Resolve client queries by working with various front, middle and back offices groups.
• Confirm disputed valuations.
• Perform reconciliations between systems and valuations reports.
• Produce and format statements to client's preference.
• Act as a client service point of contact for internal (sales) and external clients.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with minimum 3 years experience within an Investment Banking Operations or Client Servicing.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive and willingness to learn.
