You will play an instrumental role in driving and building organisational capabilities. This involves providing HR leadership and assistance to the business heads and line managers across 5 countries in Asia. You will be responsible for the full day to day HR function as well as perform as an effective strategic business partner. Key areas of responsibility includes staffing and retention of talent, employee counselling, performance managemetn, succession planning, compensation & benefits and employee relations. You will have at least 7+ years of broad-based HR experience gained within MNC's with at least 3 years managerial experience. You will be a creative individual who sees the bigger picture, conceives possible solutions and implements change. Able to multi-task and consistently deliver results. Excellent problem solving skills combined with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organisation is a must. Bachelors Degree in HR Management.
