As a result of continual growth the current requirement is for a number of audit professionals to join the group’s internal audit team.

As a result of continual growth the current requirement is for a number of audit professionals to join the group’s internal audit team.

Working in an independent and centralised risk management unit you will be integral in assessing and monitoring risk across the organisation. This includes market and liquidity risk, credit risk, compliance risk and operational risk. Responsibilities will include:
  • Conduct assessments of the effectiveness of operational risk management of existing and new businesses including treasury and commodity trading, corporate advisory, lending, funds management and equities broking
  • Provide risk assessments of joint ventures
  • Work closely with the broader risk management team and executives from across the group contributing to the continual improvement of the group’s risk management framework
The successful candidate should be CA qualified and hold a tertiary qualification in a relevant business discipline. You will have sound experience in audit (not IT) and/or operational risk preferably within an accounting or financial services environment at Audit Manager level. It is essential that you have proven technical and analytical skills, backed by attention to detail and sound judgement. These are excellent career opportunities to gain exposure across all business areas of the group, overseas candidates or candidates on a 1 year work visa keen to extend are encouraged to apply.
