Overseeing a small team of Loan Managers, you will be responsible for successfully managing the assessment, structuring and approval process for a range of loan submissions across a diverse portfolio including: Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Construction and Development, and Rural.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• The effective management and delegation of the work flows in the lending area
• Ongoing analysis of Work in Progress and its subsequent reporting
• The design and implementation of a training program for all credit personnel
• Liaising with the sales team (BDM’s) and senior management on a regular basis - providing updates, managing expectations and promoting effective relationships between the operating units.

You will demonstrate a strong degree of initiative and will enjoy providing input into to procedural and policy improvements, product enhancements and changes in legal requirements.
