Reporting to the Director of Structured Finance and Securitisation a superb opportunity has arisen for a Securitisation Manager be part of the Treasury Front Office.

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan and implement securitisation transactions and bring them forward within the group

• Influence and drive decision making in new deals, managing both internal and external advisors and specialists 

• Setting-up of efficient reporting system, numerical analysis, and effectively co-ordinating legal, fiscal and accounting issues

• Work closely with the relevant subsidiaries, lead managing banks, external counsel, auditors, tax advisors and rating agencies

Skill & Experience:

• Relevant sector experience (securitisation or structured finance) desirable

• Excellent planning, risk awareness and analytical skills

• Drive and ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with all levels of management and staff to achieve results

• Self-confident and fully dedicated in making asset backed funding transactions happen
