Reporting to the Director of Structured Finance and Securitisation a superb opportunity has arisen for a Securitisation Manager be part of the Treasury Front Office.
Core Responsibilities:
Develop, plan and implement securitisation transactions and bring them forward within the group
Influence and drive decision making in new deals, managing both internal and external advisors and specialists
Setting-up of efficient reporting system, numerical analysis, and effectively co-ordinating legal, fiscal and accounting issues
Work closely with the relevant subsidiaries, lead managing banks, external counsel, auditors, tax advisors and rating agencies
Skill & Experience:
Relevant sector experience (securitisation or structured finance) desirable
Excellent planning, risk awareness and analytical skills
Drive and ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with all levels of management and staff to achieve results
Self-confident and fully dedicated in making asset backed funding transactions happen
