My client develops and implements a software system that provides real-time access to fund information and online reporting tools for the management of superannuation, self managed super funds, investment and post retirement products.

This is a senior functional position which provides high quality consulting services and ensure a high level of client satisfaction

Responsibilities:

• Providing high quality consulting services
• Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction
• Achieving personal billing targets
• Co-ordinate resources for each client in accordance with the project plan
  Process Improvement
• Assist in the winning of new business

Key Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years Consulting/BA experience
• Experience with Acurity
• Completion of either a Business or IT degree – major in Software Engineering with strong academic results
• Sound understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
• A willingness to implement, configure and customise the superannuation software product to meet the client's needs using the products customised scripting
• Ability to write business requirements and solution design documents
• Ability to conduct presentations to both clients and internal management
• Self-confidence, Assertiveness & Attention to detail
• Aility to build relationships with clients
• Proven innovation and adaptability

Experience working as a consultant in a software development environment or financial industry (superannuation preferred) would be advantageous as would Database experience and an understanding of superior product design
