The key challenge will be to ensure that client relationships are built in the most effective possible manner – covering operational , logistical and performance issues – so that intermediary clients receive and appreciate the highest possible levels of service in all instances. Success will involve developing relationships with legal, fund management, finance and portfolio management professionals in the various client businesses. This will require regular telephone contact and face-to-face meetings – requiring business travel around Europe. To be effective you should have proven skills and ability gained within an asset management or related service business, be fluent with French and German, and feel comfortable leading business meetings on detailed operational matters with senior clients and colleagues. To succeed you will need to be highly organised, competent, confident and driven with superb interpersonal and communication skills.
