They need someone who has experience selling trading platforms and ideally understand equity markets and derivatives. Ideally be familiar with trading systems and concepts, DMA, OMS/EMS. FIX, ECNs, algo's, eTrading etc and have decent knowledge in at least one major asset class (EQ, FI, FX etc). The OTE is to £200K but to exceed that is very realistic and possible in your first year.
