• Strong financial modeling skills and experience

• Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment

• Be driven, motivated and determined to succeed

• Ability to build models and use them to aid the portfolio manager in making investment decisions

• Be a self-starter with strong analytical skills

• Biotechnology, pharmaceutical or specialty pharma experience is a plus

• Experience making short selling recommendations is desired
