The Enterprise Applications Human Resources (EAHR) Service Area at Deloitte provides SAP HCM solutions and services to large national and multi-national clients. This Practice is a huge growth area for Deloitte, and owes much of its development to the exceptional global track record that has been established with an enviable client base. We have many years of experience in dealing with all aspects of front and back office projects, from building reliable ROI models to product selection, customisation and integration. Deloitte has received a Services Partner Award of Excellence every year since 1994. We are looking for Senior SAP HR Project Managers / Solution Architects for global HR transformation projects. Other key responsibilities of our SAP HR Senior Managers are to: ? Lead pre-sales and bid activities ? Perform an active role in the development of the HR service area ? Develop and own ‘C’ level relationships within selected industry group ? Develop relationships with key players in SAP ? Develop / present thought leadership pieces around SAP HCM both internally to Deloitte and externally at seminars ? Achieve sales and managed revenue targets commensurate with grade Industry experience gained in one or more of the following areas would be preferable: ? Financial Services – retail banking ? Financial Services – insurance ? TMT – media advertising ? TMT – publishing and broadcasting ? TMT – technology services ? TMT - telecoms ? Public Sector – civil service and government ? Commerce – energy, infrastructure and utilities ? Commerce – consumer business ? Commerce – travel, leisure and hospitality General consulting For our Senior Manager grade positions, we anticipate recruiting individuals with the following skills and experience: - proven track record of directing and leading the full project lifecycle and/or programme management in a consulting environment with direct responsibility for at least 8 personnel;
- ability to successfully manage and influence project financials, with experience of large budgets (e.g. up to ?2,000k);
- experience of influencing stakeholders and sponsors, demonstrated by interpersonal excellence with all levels of seniority – from middle management to board level;
- ability to bring a distinct and compelling point of view to bear in reaching consensus through negotiation;
- proven leadership capability, evidenced by coaching, mentoring and advising others – both internal and client teams;
- strong business transformation skills with a track record of successful change enablement in challenging environments;
- solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret and ‘make the complex simple’;
- leadership (with demonstrable results) in the areas of: practice growth, high performing teams, professional ethics, risk management, methodology creation, commercial development or knowledge management;
- ability to bring client relationships and a strong and consistent network into Deloitte through deep account/client experience and focus; and
- understanding of the disciplines outside of Consulting that can be delivered by a professional services firm such as Deloitte.
HR consulting (SAP) We are keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate the following expertise in relation to the HR and Payroll functions of an organisation: - solid, relevant experience in articulating strategy and vision;
- strong understanding of and ability to design / architect solutions;
- broad business process design;
- proven ability to lead SAP HR Transformations; and
- mature skills in the change management effort required when enabling change (e.g. training, stakeholder management, role transitions, communications or organisational design).
