Our client is a European bank who are looking to add to their distribution capabilities by hiring a Director to focus on leveraged finance transactions.
Working with colleagues in leveraged origination and syndication this person will be responsible for distributing mid-market leveraged finance deals across its investor network in Europe.
This position has come about through growth of the wider leveraged finance business and will report to the head of both leveraged finance and of distribution. All distribution efforts are conducted from London but with regular contact with teams around Europe.
Due to the current investor base it is important that this person is a German speaker. In addition this person is required to have a strong understanding of leveraged finance, be that from either a syndications or distribution role.
