Responsibilities:
Co-ordinate the implementation of Basel II in HK and ASP sites, on various Basel II approaches
Provide support over technical regulatory requirement regarding Basel II implementation and HBAP strategy
Manage relations with GMO, FIN, Regulators, Internal Audit and External Auditors for Basel II, Credit reporting and Collective Impairments
Coordinate development and implementation of improved management information for credit portfolios ensuring that analysis is provided on capital allocated basis and focuses on measured risk for corporate, retail and treasury credit portfolios
Manage and supervise credit regulatory reporting and associated MI
Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral Project management skills
Good knowledge of regulatory requirements
Leadership and good people management skills
Self-confidence and assertiveness in dealing with senior management and other functional teams
Experience in credit or finance regulatory reporting
Accounting skills and/or Finance experience would be an advantage
