The Financial department is looking for a Financial Analyst to join the Activity Based Costing (ABC) Processing team. One of the primary missions is timely, qualitative delivery of financial cost-allocation output used in the inter-entity recharge process and the analysis of product & services profitability.
Your Role:
The Group Management Reporting department in the Financial Division is looking for a Financial Analyst to join the Activity Based Costing (ABC) Processing team. One of the team's primary missions is to ensure a timely and qualitative delivery of financial cost allocation output used in the inter-entity recharge process and/or for the analysis of product & services profitability. As a member of the ABC/Cost allocation team within the Financial Division, your responsibilities will include:
Master the monthly cost allocation operational cycle
Optimize the cost allocation model currently in place and the reporting associated to it
Handle various ABC-related analysis regarding e.g. the fairness and accuracy of the allocation of the whole set of expenses of the company
Manage and follow-up on the various development requests aiming at improving ABC processes in general
Participate in the delivery, with respect to the ABC part, the re-forecast and budget exercise
Your Profile:
You have:
a Master degree in Economics
preferably 1 or 2 years of business experience as a cost controller or cost allocation specialist (ABC)
an eye for details, an interest in figures which you can translate into meaningful business terms
organization skills
strong technical skills to manage all the dynamics of an ABC system and its interfaces to various statistics and financial applications
You are:
stress resistant
very rigorous
able to take ownership
able to work independently while being a strong team player
creative, flexible and pragmatic to adapt the model to changing business requirements
fluent in English
proficient in MS Excel (knowledge of SQL and SAS is an asset)
