Job Requirements:

• Ability to analyze and interpret business requirements and functional specifications
• Lead junior developers to implement applications
• Create automated unit tests and successfully demonstrate results
• Assist business users and analysts during user acceptance tests
• Document newly created systems and enhancements
• Participate in second-line support activities
• Clearly communicate progress on a regular basis
• Strong Java skills with development experience using JBoss / Spring / Hibernate, and exposure to Unix
• Strong design skills
• Database/SQL skills
• Experience in or exposure to the financial industry required
• 2-3 years experience leading or managing a development team
• Bilingual (English and Japanese)
• Japanese is considered a plus, but English is a must.
