Excellent opportunity for experienced Acquisition/Leveraged Finance professional with leading international bank.
My client, a successful international bank, is seeking to hire an experienced Acquisition Finance professional.
The role will involve working on all aspects of leveraged buy outs, from marketing to private equity and venture capital firms across Europe through to deal structuring and negotiation. The person will also work with junior team members to complete credit papers & obtain credit approval to finance deals as well as being involved in syndicate participation.
Candidate:
Minimum of 6 years relevant experience in Acquisition/Leveraged Finance, Corporate Finance or Private Equity/Venture Capital
Excellent track record in the industry
Strong credit and deal making skills
Experience managing and supporting junior team members
Superb presentation and communication skills
Dublin based.
