For our client, a leading international Private Bank located in Geneva (Switzerland), we are seeking a SENIOR TRUST OFFICER to complete its Trust & Fiduciary Administration team. ROLE:
Administer trusts and other fiduciary vehicles, communicating with internal customers and intermediaries as necessary and ensuring that all regulatory, legal and internal requirements are met.
Perform specialised processing duties using standard systems, procedures and controls.
Solve problems by the application of acquired knowledge and skills.
Provide accurate informed response to enquiries or make referral to Line Manager.
Provide input to improving workflow and the overall efficiency of the business unit.
Work within a team using established guidelines and deal with queries from other business units.
Agree and achieve workplans and standards with Line Manager.
Be responsible for own personal development and training plans proactively pursuing opportunities to develop knowledge and skills.
Will have responsibility for own portfolio of clients.
Review and sign work undertaken by Assistant Trust Officers.
REQUIRED PROFILE:
Technical knowledge and experience in the fields of Trust & Fiduciary vehicles.
Minimum 3 years of experience as Trust Officer
Fluent in English, other language is a plus
Recognised Professional Trust Qualification (e.g. STEP Diploma)
Sound knowledge of Trust & Fiduciary Vehicles
