Our client a growing financial services company is looking for a Head of Treasury product control to lead a team of three.
The job-holder is required to lead all Treasury Finance activity, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and statutory reporting requirements, adding value to the strategic direction, planning, budgeting and performance of Group Treasury, in support of Group Head of Treasury & Markets Finance & Group Treasurer. The job-holder is responsible for the ALM operations, control and maintenance of the accounting & financial reporting systems and processes at Group Treasury, for the preparation and accuracy of its financial reports and for comprehensive analyses of business performance.
Requirements: A qualified accountant with previous experience in Banking / Financial Services. Should possess sound knowledge of Treasury products & transactions and have knowledge of relevant banking regulations. Conversant with Debt capital markets & wholesale funding and capital structures Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly to the business and finance colleagues
