Due to their aggressive expansion, they are seeking for a group of experienced elites with a proven sales record and financial planning core competencies to join their teams as Client Advisers. The roles are to identify and source potential new clients and convert leads into ongoing service clients through the provision of financial planning advice. The focus is to generate and develop new business by identifying potential clients through referral, networking, seminars, centres of influence, corporate and marketing channels.Reporting to the Head of Sales & Operations, the positions liaises with Client Services Managers, Adviser Assistants, Technical Services and other divisions of the group and external clients:

To qualify, you need to have the followings:

• Tertiary qualified; CFP qualifications (or equivalent in Hong Kong) or working towards CFP qualifications
• Financial planning experience in HK, China or Australia will be an advantage
• Superior written and oral communication skills (where applicable, bi-lingual in Cantonese & English or Mandarin & English)
• Fluency in Hindu is a must for Indian team
• Sound technical advising knowledge to current legislative, industry and corporate standards
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Effective work planning skills
• Focused networking skills to deliver target client leads
