Our client is one of the leading providers of Senior Debt and Mezzanine Finance to Leveraged transactions in the Australasian marketplace as well as being extremely active in providing Private Equity in the mid market.
The role differs from many other credit risk roles in that the successful individual will work closely with deal teams on transactions, from the earliest stage, providing input and guidance from a credit risk perspective throughout the deal process. The successful candidate will have an extensive background in Credit Risk which will include recent experience of analysing Leveraged transactions. He or she will be expected to work closely with sector teams at the early stages of the transaction process and will be expected to attend client visits. The role will have a delegated authority and is an excellent opportunity to be strategically involved in shaping the credit process for this team.
