The corporate finance team collaborates with top management and executes mergers and acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures and alliances and broader commercial projects across the company, including large structured capital projects. Working with a tight knit team you will support senior management in the broad areas of mergers, acquisitions, divestments, corporate development and other activities that have a significant, strategic impact on the organisation. Specifically you will undertake financial analysis and transaction support, participate in commercial projects through analysing key commercial drivers and complete ad-hoc research projects for senior management. You are tertiary qualified in a commerce discipline and possess strong valuation and corporate finance skills. Broader qualitative business, analytical and interpersonal skills are also key. Your background is likely to be in investment banking or corporate finance, corporate development and/or strategy consulting with at least 1-4 years experience. You possess the energy and drive to succeed in a demanding, yet supportive environment.
