• Assist in the launching of new funds, including being part of the sales, marketing and due diligence process

• Implementation of transaction structures, corporate due diligence, tax structuring

• Debt negotiation, implementation and ongoing management

• Hedging strategies, restructurings, refinancings, JV financial arrangements, intercompany debt arrangements and hybrid instruments

• Reporting requirements, investor reports, adjusted NAVs, statutory reporting, tax compliance, regulatory reporting

• Product development, investor due diligence, investor presentations, deal closings

• Unit pricing and NAVs, bridge equity facilities/subscription lines

Candidate requirements

• Ideally a qualified accountant – ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent

• Real estate investment/funds experience

• Debt financing exposure

• Strong understanding of fund and tax structures

• Highly investor facing

• Experience of/exposure to the German market would be of significant benefit
