We are looking to support recruitment of three technically astute yet commercial able retail structured product specialists – in particular a Head of Retail Structured Products to be based in London but lead international initiatives in the creation of mass market retail structured products. The role will involve establishing the team, recruiting colleagues and forging effective business relationships around an international financial services group, shaping strategy for retail structured products and delivering effective solutions, tailored to individual geographies. Ideally you will have strong proven numerical ability – possibly with an actuarial background or similar technical discipline - coupled with a proven track record in business development, and strategic outlook.. Particular target markets are France, Germany and Poland but any international experience or language capability will be a particular asset. You should be comfortable forging effective relationships with colleagues at all levels up to and including group Board. You should be able to demonstrate your leadership qualities and managerial ability along with experience of OTC derivatives, wrappers, and wider equities and Fixed Income financial products. The ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate consistent strong delivery and versatility. All applicants must have an EU passport.
