This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly experienced Japanese & English Speaking Account/Business Manager to join the leading global software company who deliver software solutions to the banking industry. You will be responsibile for a group of banking accounts in the Japanese market.
The Global Account Manager will be responsible for representing my clients software and services to their clients, leading Integrated Solution sales, uncovering and developing new sales opportunities, understanding of the account strategy, development of C level relationships and development of a true partnership. Each Global Account Manager is responsible for a group of ‘named accounts’ in Japan. Sales into the assigned accounts resulting from the GAM director’s efforts will be credited against quota and commissioned. We are looking for someone who has the ability to negotiate and close large solutions, to diffuse sensitive situations – Diplomatic/customer service focus, to build partnerships quickly and effectively, with a min of 10 years experience in financial Services, executive level strategy, communication, presentations and negotiation skills required and Fluency in Japanese & English. Must be available for a minimum of 35-40% travel as business requires- may involve international travel.
