In this role, you will be an integral part of a team responsible for either Derivatives Settlement (Pre or Post) or Derivatives Pricing Fixing and Processing. You will be cross trained into different financial products within Derivatives Operations - Commodities, Options, Equities, IRD Rates, Swaps etc. You are proficient with trade confirmation, settlement processing and reconciliation.

• You will conduct operation functions per Internal Control Standards for Derivatives Operations - Settlement or Fixing team
• You will service internal client groups and be able to resolve discrepancies should situation arise.
• You will assist with identifying and implementing changes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness of the department.
• As you will be working closely with Senior Management across the business on various initiatives, highly developed interpersonal skills are mandatory.
• You are flexible and able to adapt to new businesses and cope with changing priorities.
• You are, and will be a high performer that keeps abreast with market and industry changes with constant upgrading of skills and knowledge.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will possess:-

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent qualifications
• Associate role - Up to 2 years relevant experience in financial industry
• Senior Associate role - 2 to 5 years relevant experience in financial industry
• Strong Interpersonal Skills

• Advanced communication skills
• Meticulous and a team player
• Proven ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
