We are looking for a senior relationship manager at SVP or Director level to join an established, growing pan-European service management team. The team is the single point of escalation contact for all institutional clients (financial institutions) across all IB products and region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). Thanks to your in-depth knowledge of investment banking products, front-to-back business processes and your excellent sense of customer satisfaction you will be able to promptly and effectively resolve major issues and champion operational excellence. You will work in partnerships to identify Change-The-Bank (CTB) requirements for business re-engineering. You will regularly visit customers in the region to assess operational issues. You will also facilitate account opening processes and own the KYC/AML process, including client liaison to obtain supporting material. This is a senior and highly visible position as you will be involved with front, middle and back office stakeholders, Legal, Compliance, IT, end clients and you will have to quickly build an extensive network of internal and external contacts in order to ensure speedy resolution of problems and issues the business and your customers are facing. You will keep an active involvement in industry initiatives and communicate key technology developments to Priority Clients in line with sales strategy. You are fluent in English and German. We would prefer the candidate to be based in Frankfurt but would also consider London-based candidates.
