Role Summary: Processes complex account transitions. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Below are representative account transition duties. Incumbents may perform some of these duties or other tasks requiring similar skills. 1 Process complex new account set-ups. 2 Process complex custodian changes. 3 Process complex In-kind Subscriptions & Redemptions. 4 Process complex close accounts. 5 Assist team members as needed. 6 Assist in more complex related duties as needed: ad hoc reporting, projects, etc. 7 Remain familiar with backup procedures when system applications and/or transmission problems arise. Independent Action: Performs work independently within scope of established guidelines and according to specific procedures. Recommends non-standard resolutions to outside parties consistent with regulatory and client instructions. Scope Differentiation: Focus of job on performing non-routine account transitions. Minimum Job Requirements: • Bachelors Degree in accounting or finance or equivalent. • Minimum 4+ years related work experience including 1 year experience in Account Transitions • Strong attention to detail. • Excellent math skills. • Excellent organization, communications, and interpersonal skills. • Strong project management skills. • Computer proficient including spreadsheet and database applications. Required to Advance to Next Level: • Demonstrated ability to fully resolve problems. • Leadership ability and proven negotiation skills. • Attainment of job specifications.
