Great opportunity for an experienced Shareholder Services Specialist to integrate a continuously growing international bank in Luxembourg who is fully dedicated to its clients.
THE ROLE
Responsible for the management of all key client and investor contacts
Assist team members in the monitoring and resolution of queries
Providing support to their colleagues to ensure the team operates efficiently and deadlines met
Ensure all communications are logged and followed up in a timely manner
AML/KYC check
Improve workflow processes
Completing month-end reporting
Associated project work (audit, compliance, operations, clients)
THE PROFILE
3 You have 2 to 3 years of experience TA/Shareholder servicing, including 1 year of direct client servicing
You have a university degree
You are client focused and strive to improve and deliver optimum services
You are an efficient comm
You are able to prioritize and handle and coordinate several tasks
You are fluent in English, French and/or German is a plus
Pressure doesn’t affect your daily productivity
You are result oriented and proactive
You have a contagious positive attitude towards your co-workers
