Within the Operation Support and Service Management (OSSM) department, the Asset Servicing Control team is in charge of the monitoring of the cash and stock positions of funds.
Within the Operation Support and Service Management (OSSM) department, the Asset Servicing Control team is in charge of the monitoring of the cash and stock positions of funds. The team has daily interactions with Funds Managers, the different Middle Offices of our partner State Street Bank and other control teams within OSSM.
Reporting to the Workflow Manager, your main responsibilities will be the following:
Daily monitoring of corporate actions flows (announcements and instructions follow up)
Participate in setting up and implementing dashboards of cash position analysis:
- Reconciliation of cash bank accounts with our systems
- Checking the corporate actions processing in our systems
Producing of transversal reports used by other OSSM teams and funds management teams
Monitoring of subscriptions redemptions flows on FCPE funds
What sort of profile are we looking for:
Currently undertaking finance-related degree
Very good skills in Excel and VBA
Detail-oriented
Fluent English and French
