Our client, a family office linked to a large industrial family is looking for a Senior Head of Operation, with a background in Audit or Finance, to supervise their back office team.
You will report directly to the General Manager and work in close co-operation with the Head of Operations in Amsterdam. This is one of the few companies, where the management truly looks after their staff and turnover is extremely low. Each employee has their own career plan and package is above market average.
THE ROLE
As a Senior Head of Operations, you will have the following responsibilities:
Manage the Accounting and Operations in Luxembourg.
Supervise a team of 6 pax, of which 2 are very strong in operations.
Manage the relationship with the custody bank.
Overview the Fund Administration and organise workflow.
Actively liaise with the Head of Operations in Amsterdam.
THE PROFILE
Ideally background in External Audit for Funds. Around 10 yrs experience.
