SERVICING - This group is seeking a VP, Associate or Senior Analyst with prior background in construction loan servicing. Responsibilities include collateral reviews, flow of funds, waterfalls and authorization of payments.

ASSET MANAGEMENT - This area is seeking a VP or Sr Associate with a construction loan background, preferably for Dallas, and possibly for New York. Responsibilities include authorizing advances on resales and processing ammendments to agreements.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree from a good school required. Prior construction loan background in servicing or asset management strongly preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
