Reporting to the Senior GM, the role will include reviewing the Bank’s investment strategy, analysis of investment portfolios and undertaking due diligence of portfolio managers to ensure compliance. It will also entail developing investment products that reflect customer requirements and generate fee income as well as overseeing investment sales function to ensure a uniform delivery of product and marketing to all clients. Also, you will be required to professionally advise clients and shareholders on their existing and potential investment Structure and manage strategic alliances for the purpose of developing and marketing investment products. Lead product development projects and co-ordinate between the Bank’s business groups to ensure most efficient method of delivery to clients. Prepare and monitor budgets and action plans to ensure profitability of all investment activity in the unit and ensure adherence to Policy & Procedures by reporting any violations to Group Head. And, to support other business groups in strategic marketing of investment products through their areas.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experiences:
• University Graduate.
• Minimum of 10 years of financial industry experience including experience in investment products & client relationships.
• Knowledge of world economies and Kuwaiti market.
• Good understanding of client needs and objectives.
• Good business development, analytical & marketing skills.
• Strong investment orientation and interest in asset management.
